Spiritual practice

expands
consciousness
*dissolves the illusion of boundaries *
transcends the prison of the ego
takes you 'out' of your mind
liberates you from you ......and that is such a relief!
transmutes passion into compassion ......for yourself and the world

ecstasy without the x
*

A guide is a resource, spiritual friend, coach
and confidant,
who helps you embrace the chaos as your life, possibly, turns inside out.
Through out history spiritual guides, guru's and teachers have been available
for the spiritually flipped, stirred up and in chaos
and those desiring to be.

As your life make-over coach and spiritual advisor,
i take a personal interest in your spiritual progress and commit to helping you
emotionally and intellectually integrate the experiences and teachings into your daily life.
**2B 'flipped' is all anyone wants* *

Believe nothing, no matter where you read it,
*
or who said it - even if i have said it

unless it agrees with your own reason

and your own common sense

Kundalini

Spiritual practice awakens spiritual fire, Kundalini
expanding awareness and becoming your bridge
to higher levels of consciousness, and ultimate freedom.

Spiritual fire or Kundalini Shakti , has been known by many names.
The quaking of a quaker, the whirl of the dervish or the 'oh god' of orgasm, are all Kundalini Shakti.
states of ecstasy and union

The power to swiftly burn through the illusion of ego
has given Kundalini Shakti a well earned reputation as dangerous.

Commited spiritual practice gently awakens the sleeping beauty energy of Kundalini Shakti
the once trikle of energy, expands and is ignited!
A variety of techniques are employed to awaken and direct Kundalini upwards blowing open the subtle energy centers (chakras) in the body.

As these energy centers blossom our true self is exposed.
Both light and dark aspects of our nature are revealed
providing the opportunity to surrender and resolve
subconscious issues that keep us in neurotic self imposed bondage.

Only in open surrender  can we restore and rejuvenate intimacy with ourselves and the world.

Kundalini energy is our source of sexuality, creativity and life itself.
As this energy awakens, joy, excitement, wonderment and passion permeates the whole being.
Unlimited spontaneous bliss is available to everyone
we simply have to awaken it.

Have you been flipped?

Yogic and Tantric systems of spiritual practice (sadhana)
provide numerous physical benefits
but the ultimate benefit is spiritual.
taste the clear light of undivided bliss
....and possible chaos....

you can be 'flipped' right out of life as you know it!

Any committed spiritual practice will 'stir things up',
producing gestalt flips of conception, intuition and perception,
that is how you know it is working.

Flips are instant, and sometimes shattering, insights.
Profound paradigm shifts and dramatic alterations in our perceptions
illuminating another, often more significant, way of understanding
what is.
Our entire outlook is changed in the fraction of a second!
There is no turning back.
what you thought was, is not......what you thought was not, is

The pain to stay the same has exceeded the pain to change.
New ways of seeing preceed new ways of being.
as we say yes to new ways of seeing,
we say yes to Kundalini energy manifesting as the chaos of creation.

Tantric systems in particular, are all inclusive, wild and radical short cuts
intended to rapidly turn on, stir up and flip.
These systems are not for everyone.
